Case study
For three and a half years, we have run Amir Adnan's social media, managed its campaigns and supported its shoots. The work sits between a name with decades of standing and a feed that refreshes every hour. Our job is to keep the first intact inside the second.

Mandate
Keep a heritage name current

A feed run like a flagship store: each collection given room, light and context.
Menswear is bought for moments
In Pakistan, the clothes a man remembers are bought for a handful of occasions: a wedding in the family, Eid, an evening that will be photographed and kept. Those purchases are planned, discussed and compared. They are not impulse buys.
That makes the feed a showroom people visit before they visit the store. They come to see what is new, what suits the occasion and whether the label still feels like the one they grew up trusting.
For a name with decades of standing, the risk isn't being ignored. It is being diluted, one hurried post at a time.
The brief
Menswear in Pakistan is bought for moments: weddings, Eid, the formal occasions families remember. Amir Adnan needed a presence that showed up for each of them with the authority of a name people already trust, without turning into a catalog or chasing whatever was trending that week.
Put simply: keep the name exactly as valuable as it was, while the feed moved faster every year.
The insight
Every post either adds to the name or spends it. For a label with this much history, there is no neutral post.
How we approached it
01
Every post is a store window
We treat each post the way a flagship treats its window: one idea, well lit, with room around it.
02
Plan around the calendar people live by
Wedding season, Eid and the formal months set the rhythm. Collections are introduced while people are deciding, not after.
03
Restraint is the brand
The label's authority comes from what it leaves out. So does the feed's.
What we did
A feed run like a flagship store
Considered, well lit, never cluttered. Monthly calendars balance each collection with the craft and character behind it. Product, craft and the man wearing it each get their turn, so the feed never reads like a price list.
Campaigns, managed end to end
From plan to rollout, so each season's story lands clearly across every format and every channel it touches. Each campaign has one message and one look, carried from the first teaser to the last post.
Shoots planned around the feed
We build the shot list around what the season needs, so one day on set yields the hero frames, the details and the motion. Formats are agreed before the camera rolls, so nothing has to be cropped into shape later.
A voice that stays put
Trends move through menswear every season. The voice does not. Three and a half years in, it still sounds like Amir Adnan and nobody else. Captions stay short, assured and never in a hurry.

One idea per frame: the garment, the man and the occasion, with room to breathe.

Close crops show the work inside the garment, the part a catalog leaves out.
From the feed

How a season runs
The season's story, its moments and its formats, agreed up front.
One day on set, planned around the feed: stills, details and motion.
The collection rolls out with one message and one look.
Monthly calendars keep the name present between big moments.
What we make
- Monthly social media calendars and content
- Campaign planning and management, end to end
- Shoot planning and support, built around the feed
- Video and motion for launches and reels
- Captions written in the label's own voice
The impact
Amir Adnan's social presence now carries the same authority as the name: assured, current, never loud. The brand stays in the conversation season after season, and it never sounds like it is trying to.
Just as important is what didn't happen. No trend diluted the name, and no rushed post made it look smaller than it is.
What three and a half years taught us
A heritage name is an asset you manage, not a story you retell.
The fastest way to look cheap is to post in a hurry.
When people have known a name for decades, consistency reads as confidence.
Have a name worth protecting? We'll keep it sharp, and keep it yours.
