We bring

  • A structured discovery questionnaire
  • 60-minute onboarding call with a senior strategist

We bring

  • Scoped proposal with service breakdown

Questions about working with us

Why a 12-month minimum on retainers?

The first months go into strategy and finding what works. Results show in the months after that, and a year gives both sides time to see them.

What counts as a revision round?

One consolidated set of feedback on a deliverable, and our update in response.

What if we need something outside the scope?

We flag it in writing before any out-of-scope work starts.

Who will we work with?

A named account lead, backed by the designers, editors and writers on your account.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes.

Can we pause or end a retainer?

After six months, a retainer can be paused for up to 30 days. From then on, either side can also end it with one month's notice and a justified reason.

Ideas need good company.

Tell us what you're building.

Send a short brief. We'll reply within one working day with next steps, or an honest note if we're not the right fit.
